Not only do we replicate small and large volumes of DVD's, our service also includes a variety of packaging options. Depending upon how many DVD's you need replicated (and how soon you need them), one of two-production techniques can be used.
For smaller replication runs of up to 500 DVDs:
- Quick turnaround
- DVD-R record up to 4.7GB
- High definition black or CMY (3-colour) thermal print
- DVD Labels printed directly onto the DVD, generated from digital artwork (no film/plates set up required)
- Packaging cases to enhance presentation
- Printing of booklets and slicks
- Hand packing of DVDs / Inserts into cases
- Shrink wrapping
For replication runs of over 500 DVDs:
- Minimum order of 500
- DVD 5 - record up to 4.7GB (single layer, single sided)
- DVD 9 - record up to 8.5GB (dual layer, single sided)
- Glass master created from DVD/ DVD-R / DLT master supplied by client
- High definition CMYK or PMS screen printing onto DVD (film/plates set up required)
- Packaging cases to enhance presentation
- Printing of booklets and slicks
- Hand packing of DVDs / Inserts into cases
- Shrink wrapping
